StudySmart, Inc. is an entrepreneurial company that is aggressively becoming a national organization. Started in 1999 and currently operating in five cities, we have a two-part mission to build a great company and to help kids succeed in school. We provide on-site tutoring programs for families and schools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We currently seek a motivated, highly organized and outgoing individual with a strong business drive to be the Program Manager in our New York area market. We are in the business of helping kids, and our goal is to encourage every family to tell a friend about our services by providing exceptional customer care, reaching out to parents and community members, and managing an outstanding tutor staff. Because all of our tutoring occurs in families homes, your work will primarily be conducted over the phone and email alongside 1-2 other staff members.
