Special Educator, Bermuda

Family in Bermuda seeks the services of a Special Educator/Behavior Analyst to work with our six year old son who has a moderate global developmental disability. Our son is a happy and social boy who is a cooperative learner when given the right support. He has been integrated into a private pre-school for the past three years. During the past 18 months, we have developed a verbal behavior (VB) / applied behavior (ABA) program based on ABLLS to help our son learn specific educational and functional skills. In September, our son will be entering Bermuda's public school system. We think this job offers an individual the opportunity to be instrumental in developing and carrying out an appropriate educational plan for a great little person who has a lot of potential. Plus, Bermuda is a wonderful place to live for a short period of time and just a two-hour flight from the East Coast.
