Okay, let me give it to you straight. First, stop with the dumb generalizations. Men of EVERY race cat call. They're not exclusive to mexicans, or puerto ricans or blacks or whatever. Again, expand your horizons before making such generalizations.
Second, most respectful men don't cat call when they actually want to attract a woman. They do so when they're just having fun. "Pssst, hey mamma, wouldn't I love to (fill in the blank). Call me some time, okay?" They're just messing with you. When one of them actually wants you, he'll do what every other respectful man does and hit you over the head with his caveman club! I hope you have long hair because it make it easier to drag you afterwards!!!
Third, most every woman I speak to (and I have more women friends than men) tells me that they like knowing that men find them attractive. They just don't like the guys that go over the top and I can understand that. However, ask the 48 year old woman that no longer
