Seeking mature, responsible and low-key gay male to share a furnished 2000 square foot townhouse in Medford/Coram area. Townhouse is located in a gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Community has a clubhouse with outdoor pool, tennis courts and small gym. Candidate must be a non-smoker, cat lover and very neat and clean. [Someone who would treat the house & furnishings as his own.] Candidate would have his own bedroom, bathroom and use of the house and community amenities. There is also storage space available, if needed. Rental fee includes all utilities, except phone and cable. $1500 month, with 2 months security deposit. 4 references and proof of employment required.
