We are 3 professional women looking for a 4th to fill a vacant bedroom in our spacious house. The house sits on a quiet residential street and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large living room and dining room area, modest kitchen with dishwasher, finished basement room with a fireplace, bar, and laundry room with washer and dryer, and split level upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom and the available room on the 2nd level with a private bathroom with shower. There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street when guests come. The room has cable hookup, hard wood floors, deep closets, and lots of floor space. In addition to the rent, we split the cost of 3 utility bills: cable, PSE&G, and JCP&L, which is usually around $100 total this time of year.
