Hi there....
Looking for a female in her 20's (non smoker and no drugs at all) to share this great apartment with me. She must be clean, neat, and mindful of others. There is ample parking and a NYC bus a block away- about 30-45 minutes into port authority. Utilities not included, pets are not allowed, but as I said, space is fantastic. Wall to wall carpets, great ligthing, great neighborhood with restaurants and banks galore. I am practically only home to shower and sleep as I bartend in NYC, so you'd probably have the place to yourself most days and nights. Looking for someone to stay until the end of my lease (December) and who can move in ASAP.
