We have a room in a large old house in Downtown Jersey City, a quiet and safe neighborhood just 10 minutes from Manhattan. The room is sunny, furnished and faces the back yard. It is on a second floor next to a bathroom. We are about 10 blocks from the Holland Tunnel, 5 blocks from the Grove Street Path station where you can catch the Path to the World Trade Center stop (10 Min), to Christopher St. (10 min) or as far as 34th Street in Manhattan (20 min). The Path is like the subway and runs 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. The room will be available from May 1-August 31 and you can rent it for any length of time. Perfect place if you are here for a couple of months and need to go to NYC for work or study. Rent includes utilities.
