I will be temporarily moving to California for the summer (june, july, and august), and am looking for someone to sublet my room. I live in a 4 bedroom apartment with great roommates (two guys, one girl). All are very laid back and easy to get along with.
The apartment is located on 7th and Washington in Hoboken, NJ. Washington street is a great place to live, everything is close, restaurants, bars, and stores. Transportation to NYC is very quick and easy. The path train is a 10 minute walk, and will get you into Manhattan in 10 minutes. There is also a bus at the door to take you to the port authority. Or as another option there are commuter ferries that get you to NYC in less then 10 minutes.
My room is large (10x15), and has three closets. The room can come completely furnished, with bed, dresser, shelves, desk, and TV, or if you prefer I can put the furniture in storage for the summer. My rent is $750 per month + utilities (about $30
