$500 - Room wanted around Parsippany (available in:
New Jersey)

I am 31/married/Indian/male with family based out of Washington DC, who needs to be in Parsippany, NJ for a few days a week for work. Here is my situation:
- I expect to be in Parsippany 3 or 4 nights a week
- Probably 75% of the time. That makes it about 10 - 15 nights a month.
- I would be working long hours, and I will be gone over the weekend, so you will rarely see me.
- I don't cook, so I won't need a kitchen.
- Prefer a private bath
- Need high speed internet connection
- Prefer furnished room
- Safe parking for my car
- Starting around May 1st. Fexible.
- Closer to Parsippany the better
I would be an ideal tenant for a family that wants to rent out a room. Given that I am hardly spending any time there, I am hoping to get a decent room for $500. I can pay more if I like the place.
