1br - My SF 1-bed garden apt for your NYC studio or 1 bed (available in: Brooklyn)

I'm looking to trade my 1-bed garden apartment for your manhatten or brooklyn studio or 1 bedroom. The dates would be June 19-July 31, but I can be flexible for a few days on either end.

My place I would describe as medium size, funky and warm. There's a private garden which will be blooming with jasmine, plum and peach trees, strawberries and things i don't name the name of. There's a picnic table and it's perfect for BBQing in the summertime. It's in a great, central neighborhood only a couple blocks away from Mission and Valencia Street, located in San Francsico's most thriving arts negihborhood. It's also the main latino neighborhood and there are tons of inexpensive restaurants, bars and many a festival come summertime.
