Mine is in a great location right by the beach, shopping, etc. I even have full cable hooked up, as well as telephone, electricity, water, etc... Am looking to head North (Westchester NY) either in April or May until November.. possibly December. Would prefer Mamaroneck, Harrison, Rye, or Connecticut from Greenwhich to Norwalk on I-95. Also would consider New Rochelle and Pelham.
