I have a beautiful apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Manhattan. Walking distance to all major attractions, Empire State Building, Tours, Great Restaurants, Theatres, and the fabulous shop on E. 34th st. like the world famous Macys and many more. All walking distance! And transportation is a skip away! The room is fully equipped with all types of amenities to make sure you have a very comfortable stay. Your own refrigerator, microwave, and I give you complimentary coffee and tea. Large T.V./DVD combo, 600 channels of cable. Heat and airconditioning that you control yourself, and your own phone line with wirless internet. The place is always immaculately clean with fresh smelling linens and towels. In your room you will find all types of pamphlets, maps, restaurant and tours info. and lots more for your plannning convenience. There is a private bath right outside your bedroom and it is fully equipped with all types of toiletries, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. At your arrival, I will greet you with a warm friendly smile and direct you right to your private room, at which point I will serve as your private concierge and fill you in on any type of information you will need. You will have your own key to your room and a key to the house. You come and go as you please. No restrictions! The building is fabulous, with breathtaking entrance, waterfalls, live fish pond, just mezmorizing! And the security is very high. Never worry in this safe neighborhood any time of the day or night, not only the building, but right across the street is a poloice station. I have been hosting people from all over the world here for years and they just love it,they always come back and refer their friends. This building is one of the most upscale and full amenities, the creme of the creme in the east side of Manhattan. 24hr. concierge, gym, pilates classes, laundry, valet, and a deli that delivers 24hrs. a night for those late munchies! The apt. is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apt. with a beautiful river view and a terrace to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, weather permitting. Both rooms have a great quality queensize bed. Sleeps a perfect 2 people. If you have a 3rd. person, I also have an air mattress or a livingroom sofabed, also queensize and it has a wall to wall curtain for privacy. If you are a large family, you can also rent the 2 rooms , or the whole apt. I do nightly (3 night minimum) If you want a 2 night rental, it will cost a bit more. No 1 night rentals at all! Weekly, or monthly rentalsare available as well. At your request I can send you a site where you may view photos. Prices vary. January and GFebruary, I have a special rate of $115. per night. From March-on the rate will be $135. per night , all inclusive, no taxes, no extras! Prices go up and down according to Holidays etc. But I guarantee the rates are always very reasonable.
