I have a large, newly constructed, two-car garage. We're in a very safe area. It is not attached to the house and is way in the back of the property, so we tend to park on the street or nearer the street, for convenience. Therefore, I have little use for it, however, I will retain the use of a very small portion of it along side one wall. I'm fully insured. I want $200 per month or $1000 for six months paid in advance.
