I will aggressively advocate for private schools, reasonable accommodations, compensatory education services and tutoring for your child.
I will help you determine whether you need to have your child evaluated for special education services.
A childs Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is a legally enforceable contract. I will help you negotiate the terms of this agreement. I will review your childs IEP to determine if it is in compliance with State and Federal Law.
I provide representation at Impartial and Suspension hearings, mediations and CSE reviews.
