What is building blocks?: Building blocks (c) is a technique created by me "Frank Ritmo" in which I will train leaders and followers to dance naturally. Applying a flawless technique; which can be used across other styles of dancing. Leaders, will be able to create their own complicated turn patterns without having to memorize countless numbers of turn combinations. Put your notebooks away, you don't need them anymore. Followers, learn to adapt to any lead; learn to follow partner with confidence, with no back leading or over anticipating a step! Come and try it for yourself! It will only cost you $5 or $4 with purchase of an 8 class card! How the CYCLE works: The cycle is driven by the "Turn Combinations" taught on that day, thus the cycle begins on any given day and recycles back. There are four turn combinations in the 1st level syllabus. If you come to class on a day when I am teaching Foundation Step #4, then you would start the cycle then and continue onto #4, #1, #2, and #3 where the cycle would end. If you start the cycle at #2 it would, you would continue to #3 and so on. Thus, you can actually begin at anytime. Level I (7-8pm) for Beginners: this is for students that do not know one or more of the 4 turn combinations. This class is perfect for absolute beginners! Level II (8-9pm) for Intermediate: this is for students that know and are comfortable with all of the 4 turn combinations in Level I. * Foundation is the most important key to becoming an accomplished dancer.
