ChildrenFirst is the national leader in the design, development and operation of corporate sponsored backup child care centers. Employees of client companies use backup care when their primary child care is unavailable, such as when the babysitter quits, the nanny is sick, or school is out.
The Client Services Associate works to provide high level client service while increasing productivity and efficiency of the child care center; works with parents to understand the value of backup child care, the need to register for our program, and to provide tours; answers questions and follow up with inquiries; and leads the development and implementation of parent outreach initiatives to increase registration and utilization at our centers.
Qualifications include: Bachelors degree and 2-3 years experience working with clients either in a business or educational setting; track record of providing high level client satisfaction and extensive organizational/database
