Job Description:
Compile and document all pre-employment paperwork for new employees
Coordinate the hiring, orientation, and training programs for all employees
Benefits administration
Maintain HR database, personnel files, and other required documentation
Coordinate employee termination, including documentation, exit interviews, and COBRA
Coordinate team building strategies and office sponsored events, with strong emphasis on employee morale
Provide day to day HR counsel and support for matters relating to policy interpretation and employee relations
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and levels of staff
Effective oral and written communication skills
A thorough knowledge of WORD and EXCEL to maintain spreadsheets and d
