Very diversified duties including: filing certificates of incorporation, preparation of bylaws, SEC filings - forms 3, 4 and 5, research utilizing Westlaw and general corporate housekeeping. Position requires Bachelors Degree and 2 years of Corporate experience.
Job location is NYC
Compensation: $60K + comprehensive benefits package + bonus and tuition reimbursement
