Personal Assistant for Lawyer, Publisher, Off-Broadway Producer

I am looking for a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to help me run a diverse business, including professional (legal) services, book publishing, and an Off Broadway production. Parttime (job sharing) is ok and would need at least 2 employees in such instance.
Qualified candidate will be a self-starter with prior secretarial or Executive Assistant experience and hopefully a theatrical background. Candidate must be able and willing to assume responsibilities across the board, from bottom to top, to relieve me of as much work as possible, and someone who will get the job done. The range of activities includes:
(a) manage a unique Off Broadway show (in a theatre 1 block away) while I am on stage as the one-man performer (the performance schedule has not yet been set);
