Technical Specialist-Imaging Production

Rapidly growing litigation support vendor seeks a technical specialist with experience with ACCESS to act as a primary source of information on all software and technical processes used in imaging production. Responsible for supporting Sales and Management, assisting clients and staff, and performing technical processes.
Responsibilities include:
-Contribute written specs to project proposals
-Execute technical processes required in order to produce client data
-Set up computers and scanners and install new software
-Provide technical support on phone and in person
Skills:
-must have at least one year of experience as a tech specialist in a customer service environment
-Must have experience with ACCESS
-Knowledge of Internet, Local Area Network, laser printers, MS Office, Summation, iBlaze, Concordance, Doculex, TextPAD, CD Burning, Ricoh and Panasonic Scanners
Compensation: to 40K
