Job Descriptions: A. Responsible for obtaining patients’ vital signs B. Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges C. Responsible for feeding and bathing non-ambulatory patients D. Assist ambulatory patients with activities of daily living E. Chart vital signs and reported any abnormal status changes F. Perform a variety of routine nursing procedures G.
