Help Desk Engineer: MCSE, MCP, CNE, CDE, CNA and CCNA with solid experience in the following; Windows 2000 Servers, MS Exchange, Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, Novell NetWare, GroupWise, Firewall, Cisco Router, Infrastructure and WAN's. Document Management a Plus. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of networking products and technologies while advancing your career with additional training and certifications. Experience required in hardware, software and maintenance on PCs, laptops, laser printers and peripherals.
