Oasis Technology Solutions, LLC is a growing New York City based network consulting company.
POSITION:
We are seeking for a technical support/help desk analyst (level 1& 2). You will provide level 1 & Level 2 support three days a week to users of an Internet based company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the IT Industry.
There will be an opportunity to learn:
Networking Design/Implementation
Server Installation and Administration
Network Management
Mail Systems (pop3, webmail, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and resolve desktop issues for users
Build Workstations/Installation of operating systems (Windows XP, 2000)
Installation of desktop applications (MS Office, FileMaker Pro, etc.)
User account and password administration
Technical documentation (online helpdesk queue system)
Monitor/maintain backup
