Cydoor Desktop Media is seeking an experienced online advertising account manager to manage, optimize and provide superior service to existing clients. We are looking for an outgoing, analytical professional who builds strong relationships and loyalty with customers and co-workers.
Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough client needs analysis and provide solutions.
Maintain a very close relationship with each client through routine follow-up and exceptional execution.
Syncronize activities with account executives and assist with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Syncronize activities with traffic representatives.
Analyize, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
2+ year(s) online advertising operations experience.
